These guidelines outline the basic criteria and requirements needed for applicants to qualify for our homeownership program.
Attend an orientation

During open application periods, Habitat will host several virtual Homeownership Orientations that cover everything you need to know about qualifying for a home with Habitat.

Orientations are mandatory and are typically 45 minutes long.
Complete a pre-application

When the application period opens, households may submit a pre-application online, by mail, or by dropping off completed packets to our office.

Any pre-applications submitted outside of the open application period will not be reviewed.
