2024 Women Build Month in March

Thank you for joining us to celebrate women’s role in Habitat’s work!

Join us! Each year, we invite business and community to come together for this special event where we empower and uplift women's roles in construction. Last year, we took the event from one week to a full month of builds and our community responded with a huge turnout! We hosted hundreds of community volunteers and corporate teams and helped further the progress at Rodeo Creek Court, our eleven-home development in Santa Cruz.

This year, we are again hosting Women Build for a full month at Rodeo Creek Court!

Volunteers work on the build site, alongside our professional construction crew, future homeowners, and other volunteers. No prior construction experience is required.

There are many ways to participate: volunteer, donate, or sponsor the event.

Reach out to allie@habitatmontereybay.org with any questions about volunteering!

Make a donation or view the leaderboard!

Peer-to-peer fundraising is when individuals organize personal campaigns to collect donations from their peers. These fundraisers can include asking for donations via crowdfunding, throwing occasion-specific fundraisers (like birthdays fundraisers), and participating in events like team fun runs. Peer-to-peer fundraising can also be referred to as social fundraising.
